The Opportunity
We're seeking a Project Manager to join our Energy & Utilities Business, managing distribution network, secondary systems, substation and transmission projects across Sydney. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role is flexible on work location and can be based out of our Newcastle, Wollongong or Eastern Creek office with regular site travel required.
What You'll Do
Lead the development of tender submissions and project delivery, including scope management, design management, determining construction methodologies, financial WBS and schedule development, request for quotations, cost estimation, risk assessment and implementation of risk mitigation strategies, development and implementation of project plans, and overall delivery responsibility for assigned projects. Projects must be completed within agreed stakeholder parameters of safety, cost, time and quality that meet our business objectives while fully complying with Downer Standard.

What We're Looking For
* Diploma in Project Management and Electrical Engineering Degree is preferred
* Extensive Energy Supply Industry experience
* CPSPM certification with AIPM
* Financial management, budgeting and reporting
* Subcontract and procurement management
* Competent in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Expert Estimator, @Risk analysis
* Understanding of relevant AS/NZ/ISO standards and NSW Electrical Industry legislation
* Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management and Environmental principles
