About the role
We are seeking a Part Time and Full Time Battery Technicians / Customer Service focused people to work weekdays and weekends. Flexibility with days and hours for the right candidate (estimated between 24 to 38 hours per week). Location is at one of three stores, Balcatta, Malaga or Morley. Successful candidates will work exclusively at one of these stores.
Responsibilities
* As a Sales Assistant you will help our customers to select the right battery for their needs and assist with fitment.
* The capability to complete daily tasks including battery fitting, off-site duties, stock replenishment, merchandising and product training.
Qualifications
* An understanding that great customer service is essential to being successful
* The capability to complete daily tasks including battery fitting, off-site duties, stock replenishment, merchandising and product training.
* Driver's license
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Previous experience working in the auto electrical field will be looked upon favorably but is not essential. Full training will be provided including roadside services.
