HEW 7 $105,933 - $116,643 (4% increase will apply from 29 June ****) + 17% Superannuation

Responsibilities
* Contribute to research and innovation by supporting the Executive Director and coordinating high‐impact research engagement to deliver real‐world outcomes
* Bridge teams and stakeholders by connecting researchers, industry partners, and internal teams to drive meaningful collaborations and partnerships
* Drive continuous improvement. Identify process gaps, implement smart solutions, and champion positive change across the organisation
* Build strategic relationships by cultivating connections with key players inside and outside Deakin to expand opportunities and impact
* Translate complexity into action. Distil complex information into clear, compelling strategies that stakeholders understand and support
Qualifications
* A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or
* Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
* An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
* Experience working collaboratively and effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders and/or clients from business, government or community sectors and students
* Experience working within an organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures, preferably within the higher education sector
