Maintenance Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a strong, proactive leader to drive continuous improvement across a large-scale manufacturing operation. This position is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a high-performance environment.
About the Role: The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of 7 direct reports across the maintenance department. They will be responsible for ensuring plant reliability and uptime through effective planning and response strategies, driving a culture of safety, accountability, and performance on the production floor, identifying and implementing process improvements across maintenance systems and workflows, and managing high-pressure situations with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of 7 direct reports across the maintenance department.

Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in a large-scale food or FMCG manufacturing environment.
* Strong technical background – ideally trade qualified or with engineering credentials.
* Able to lead teams through change and motivate others to perform at their best.
* Skilled at managing competing priorities and solving complex maintenance challenges.
