Job Description
* Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plan: Drive revenue growth across VIC & NSW by identifying and securing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with key clients.
* Identify and Secure New Business Opportunities: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised logistics solutions that align with customer needs.
* Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers in key industry sectors.
* Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective logistics solutions.
* Conduct Market Analysis: Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning through market analysis.
* Lead Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
* Achieve Revenue and Growth Targets: Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets, providing regular reporting to leadership.
