Station Management: 
Oversee a specific Area of the kitchen.

Prepare ingredients, knife skills and cook dishes in high volume and presentation standards under pressure. 
Quality Control: 
Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation while adhering to food safety standards. 
Inventory & Ordering: 
Manage stock for the kitchen, stocktakes 
Leadership: 
Supervise and train team members, supporting their development. 
Collaboration: 
Assist in menu development, Specials and support the wider kitchen team as needed. 
About You 
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong background as a Demi Chef ready to step up. 
Passionate about food with excellent culinary skills and attention to detail. 
Strong organizational and communication abilities. 
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced kitchen environment. 
Committed to maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards.
