This role leads property condition assessments across the TCHHS portfolio, identifying risks, ensuring compliance with building and safety standards, and providing accurate data to support informed decisions. It also coordinates maintenance and repair activities, prepares scopes of work, maintains asset records, and works closely with stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant, and sustainable property outcomes.
