We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of this fast-paced operation. You will bring strong leadership capability, a passion for training, and the ability to manage a large team in a high-volume setting. Where you’ll make an impact Lead and manage evening service, ensuring a smooth, high-quality guest experience Train, mentor, and develop team members to deliver consistent service standards Support reservations management, guest flow, and service planning Assist with ordering, stock control, and inventory management Contribute to rostering, wage control, and operational efficiency Manage guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism Support daily operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service periods Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Assist with administrative duties including reporting and service coordination Foster a positive and high-performing team environment What we’re looking for You are an experienced hospitality leader with a background in large, fast-paced venues and high guest volumes. You are confident leading teams, passionate about training and development, and thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment.
