Our Parts Distribution hub of JLR Brisbane, Newstead we are looking fora Parts Interpreter to join the team. This is your chance to get your foot in the door with Eagers and work with great bands such as Jag and Brisbane City Land Rover.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, the focus of this role is to liaise with trade and internal customers where you will provide product advice, interpret parts from electronic catalogues as well as processing motor vehicle parts orders. About this role:
· Parts Interpreting for trade, internal and retail customers
· Answering the parts phone and interpreting parts – Internal and External
· Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
· Handle internal & external business as required
· Liaise with warehouse staff
· Previous Interpreting experience with motor vehicles will be highly regarded but not necessary as training will be provided
· Communicate clearly with customers & possess a good phone manner
· ERA (Pentana) - candidates exposed to this system would be highly regarded but not essential
