Our client is a highly successful and multi award-winning Real Estate agency, with offices spanning the Central Coast. They are a fast paced, energetic group of professionals who are led from the front by an inspirational, philanthropic Director, who is engaging and empowers their staff.
**The Role**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is key to supporting the Sales Team with admin support and ensuring Legislative compliance. Day to day will include:
- Manage all property administration from sign up to sale (including agency agreements, sales advices, correspondence etc)
- Liaising with stakeholders including solicitors, booking Auctioneers
- Sign off on all compliance requirement of every property file at sign up and exchange to ensure sales coordinators are adhering to the legislative requirements of the OFT
- Manage the exchange and settlement stages
- Induction of new agents and administrators with database and administration process
- Reporting on agency numbers such as appraisals & listings
**Specific Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar Real Estate support role
- Certificate of Registration or License
- Self-driven, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Reside or be within an easy commute of the Terrigal area
