The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant blue-collar recruitment team This isn't your average desk job. Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing, screening and interviewing of suitable candidates
* Completing reference checks, Vevo and Criminal Checks
* Writing and placing job adverts
* Manage high-volume client job orders
* Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
* Maintain an active candidate base
* Handle administration tasks and roster management
* Monitor overtime across multiple sites
* Report on KPIs
* Conduct site inductions and facilitate smooth onboarding
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and effective time management
* Confident phone manner and friendly attitude
* Proactive problem-solving approach
* Computer literate with relevant systems proficiency
* Ability to excel in a small, efficient team
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
