Bond University, a private not‐for‐profit institution based in Robina on the Gold Coast, seeks an experienced fundraising professional to support the delivery of the university's first‐ever capital campaign. The role is part of a small but dedicated team in the Office of Advancement and will report to the Campaign Director.
Role and Responsibilities
* Deliver and manage events associated with the capital campaign.
* Coordinate and update operational plans.
* Provide administrative support across campaign activities.
* Conduct donor research, profiling and maintain donor records in the CRM.
* Prepare and submit reporting on campaign progress.
Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with experience or achievements in fundraising, marketing or sponsorship is preferred.
* Proficiency in database interrogation, research, trend analysis and opportunity identification.
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Excellent writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
Terms & Compensation
Full‐time, fixed‐term appointment until 31 December 2027. Salary commences at $83,210.75 per annum plus 12% superannuation.
