**About the role!**
As the Innovation Programs and Community Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to help build the Ennovate Lab for Entain here in Australia. The Ennovate Lab is at the centre of the Ennovate's impact - building an externally-facing innovation roadmap, on-going community and entrepreneur/start-up funding program focused on immersive customer experiences.
Pivotal to this role will be your ability to build a scalable program and engaging community. This role will suit an experienced program or community owner, looking for fast-paced, innovative challenges within the entertainment industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define the operating model to support the development of innovative concepts (including grant development and resource support).
- Lead coordination with selected funding recipients during funding periods, including (but not limited to):
demo days, workshops, milestones, etc.
- Oversee Lab collaboration space in Bowen Hills (in partnership with office management team), including go-to market and coordination of the space.
- Grow and scale cohesive partnerships with local tech meet ups, unis, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and partners.
- Coordinate frequent community events within the Lab to build the community
- Create an environment for internal and external innovation concepts to be pursued without distraction.
- Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders and provide updates to Senior Leadership and functional teams
**What we're looking for**:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and running fast-growing programs in a technology setting, ideally in a new ventures, accelerator, or innovation-based environment.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results in prior programs, with demonstrated ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organisations, partners, and management levels.
- You are comfortable working in agile environments that operate at pace and scale, and can work independently while engaging various stakeholder groups to deliver your outcomes.
- You have a true passion for entrepreneurship, start-ups and/or technology.
- Entertainment industry experience is a plus, but not required
