Senior ServiceNow Consultant Opportunity
At the forefront of IT service management, we seek an accomplished Senior ServiceNow consultant to spearhead complex implementation initiatives. Your mastery of ServiceNow's configuration and asset management capabilities will be instrumental in driving enterprise-wide adoption.
This is a senior consulting role working within a large enterprise environment, providing technical leadership across ServiceNow implementations and integrations to optimise IT operations.
Responsibilities include:
Leads IT asset management, CMDB, and ServiceNow integration initiatives to align IT processes with business objectives.
Provides hands-on technical leadership in ServiceNow development, including Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Access Controls, and Service Portal configuration.
Drives best practices across ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM architecture, including data modeling and module utilization (CSM, SOW, HAM, and Reporting).
Cultivates strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and drive successful project outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities, combined with exceptional technical skills and experience in leading large-scale IT projects.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform development.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations and custom application development.
Strong technical proficiency across ITAM, CMDB, and related ServiceNow modules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
