Job Description
At Ibis Styles Sydney Central, we are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team on a part‑time basis. This is the perfect opportunity for a night owl, who is guest‑obsessed, has an eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Night Manager in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
* Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful, clear information.
* Deliver exceptional guest service during check‑in, check‑out, and throughout the night.
* Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
* Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
* Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment.
* Ability to navigate through change and provide quick‑thinking solutions should problems arise.
* Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Excel and OPERA Cloud.
* Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule.
* Valid Australian working rights.
* A valid NSW RSA.
