We are seeking a highly skilled Crew Culture Manager to join our Airport Experience team based at Melbourne Airport.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of people strategy for the airport, ensuring alignment with national objectives and operational needs
* Coach and develop our Leader Crew Culture (LCCs) and Crew Culture Team Leaders (CCTLs)
* Partner with the Airport Manager to ensure seamless collaboration between people and operations
* Be the go-to expert for all things people leadership, from performance management and policies to reward & recognition
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in HR, business management or equivalent leadership experience
* Strong passion for people and a deep understanding of workplace culture
* Experience leading large teams in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
* Excellent communication skills, coaching ability and values-led leadership
