Drone Operations Specialist
This role involves leveraging your wealth of experience to develop, deploy and support drone capabilities across operations. From crafting procedures and training packages to pioneering new tech applications, this position requires strategic thinking, high-precision hands-on piloting, and technical leadership.
* Develop proposals for new operating capabilities, including drafting, consulting and negotiating with regulatory bodies.
* Oversee day-to-day flight operations, reviewing and approving flight plans in line with regulations and internal standards.
* Identify and implement drone technology solutions across business units.
* Lead the deployment of new drone/sensor technologies, including documentation, licensing, and regulatory approvals.
* Deliver training packages and coach experienced operators and citizen pilots.
* Collaborate with the workforce and specialist pilots to deliver complex, high-impact solutions.
* Drive safety initiatives and ensure compliance in industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
