Job Description
Reporting to the Human Resource Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
* Manage end‐to‐end payroll processes in line with legislation and internal standards.
* Ensure accurate processing of employee pay, entitlements, and deductions.
* Maintain up‐to‐date payroll and employee records across relevant systems.
* Handle statutory payments and compliance requirements such as superannuation, PAYG, and payroll tax.
* Respond to payroll enquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Support payroll components of onboarding and offboarding.
* Assist with audits, reconciliations, and payroll‐related reporting.
* Contribute to improvements in payroll and HR processes and systems.
* Meet all payroll processing deadlines.
* Provide general HR administration support across the employee lifecycle.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
* 2 years of payroll experience
* Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and awards
* Experience using payroll and HRIS systems
* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
* Effective communication and customer service skills
