We have a close relationship with SA Health, major & regional hospitals, DVA & NDIS as well as many nursing homes and clinics. An outstanding opportunity awaits the right person initially based at our Salisbury Plain branch but you may be required to work at our different branches from time-to-time depending on the needs of the business. This role is in-store customer service role requiring reception and administration duties as well as sales of healthcare equipment. 2 full or part-time positions are currently available. Casual position also available.

**Day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Retail sales
- Product demonstrations
- Reception duties
- Answering internal and external calls
- Booking appointments and scheduling calendars
- Contacting existing customers to re-book and generate ongoing sales
- Assist in mobility and CPAP sales/customer assistance
- Perform data downloads for customers and forward onto doctors and care providers
- Working as a team and also solo
- Inventory management
- Stocking shelves
- Invoicing
- Receiving and dispatch
- Setting up new equipment displays
- Working in different branches
- Data entry
- Sterilisation and cleaning of equipment
- Basic administration responsibilities
- Drive sales and growth of business
- Invoicing and POS

**Skills & Experience**
- Monday - Saturday - between 15-37.5 hours depending on availability
- Career opportunity with scope for future advancement
- Car licence required with good driving record
- Highly motivated, professional and empathetic demeanor
- Police clearance required
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (can be completed during induction)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional and confident phone etiquette
- Good health
- Stable work history
- Competent computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions at once ie. phone and in-person
- Self-confident with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated empathy with elderly, disabled and ill customers
- Accepting of all races, religions etc
- Reliable, punctual, honest and committed
- Education - high school, and preferably some post-secondary studies
- A background in health, sales, customer service or reception is preferred but not required
- Yearly flu-shot & Covid-19 vaccination required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-37.5 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

All customers required to wear masks, QR code check-in, hand sanitiser & PPE provided, all staff require Covid-19 Vaccination
