About You
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a mature career and a proven track record of closing deals worth over $50,000.
* You should have a high drive and a passion for your career, with a desire to grow and succeed.
* A bonus point if you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are passionate about startups or plan to start one in the future.
* Experience working in the healthcare industry is also a plus.
The Role
This role involves managing three key areas:
1. Deal Management - New Logos & Cross-Sell
* You will be responsible for managing a patch of new logos and current customers, supported by our technical account managers who promote adoption.
* You will run the full sales cycle meetings, demos, and closing, collaborating cross-functionally with product teams where required.
* Supported by the lead generation function, which will support approximately 80% of your pipeline.
* You will also run an accurate sales forecast from our CRM, Hubspot.
2. Support GTM Improvements
* You will support the continuous iteration and improvement of our go-to-market playbook and sales processes.
* You will collaborate with the rest of the sales team to foster a great team environment.
* You will stay on top of industry themes and trends to keep messaging relevant.
3. Supplement Lead Generation in Your Patch
* You will build and maintain a strong pipeline by working with existing accounts and doing some outbound sales activities, such as events, emails, and phone calls.
* You will accurately forecast pipeline commitments per quarter, supporting 20% of your pipeline (the remaining 80% comes from our lead generation team).
