CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team at a mine site in Greenbushes, WA .
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with mine site experience and strong coordination skills to support a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.
Roster: Monday – Friday, either 4:3 or 5:2 Roster - DIDO
Hours: 12-hour days (65 hours per week, 5 days) or 12-hour days (48 hours per week, 4 days)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational tasks on-site.
- Use job management software (e.g., WorkflowMax) for scheduling and tracking.
- Assist with planning programs to support site operations.
- Create and update CAD drawings (preferred but not essential).
- Provide general administrative and operational support.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience working in a mine site environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience using WorkflowMax or similar job management tools.
- Familiarity with planning and scheduling software.
- CAD drawing experience (highly regarded).
- A proactive mindset with excellent multitasking ability.
