The Team
You'll join our
Presales and Growth
team, partnering with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery leads. This is a collaborative, high-trust environment where your expertise shapes solutions and inspires clients.
The Role
We're hiring a
Salesforce Presales Architect
to partner with our Sales team and prospective clients. You'll capture business goals and processes, craft high-level Salesforce solution designs, and create roadmaps that ensure clients realise value quickly. Your ability to balance technical feasibility, estimation, and business outcomes will be key to your success.
What you'll do
* Build trusted relationships with prospects by understanding their current state and future goals
* Quickly capture future-state processes, document feature-level requirements, and outline end-to-end workflows
* Create and present high-level Salesforce solution designs using visual aids and clear storytelling
* Evaluate feasibility, estimate effort, and guide comprehensive project planning
* Recommend phased approaches (MVP, Phase 2, etc.) to deliver flexible, outcome-focused roadmaps
* Confidently present proposed solutions and delivery plans to external stakeholders
* Collaborate with Salesforce AEs, MuleSoft architects, product specialists (CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Data & AI), and delivery leads
* Ensure seamless handover of solution details to project teams for successful delivery
* Stay current with Salesforce technologies and industry trends
What we're looking for
* Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
* 8+ years in developing transformation solutions
* 5+ years in Salesforce solution or technical architecture roles
* Deep knowledge of Salesforce core clouds: functional capabilities, architecture, data and security models, and integrations
* Proven track record architecting and estimating Salesforce solutions for mid-market or enterprise clients
* Experience running client workshops and mapping business processes
* Skilled at simplifying complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
* Strong problem-solver, organised, and collaborative
* Advanced Salesforce architecture certifications a plus
