We're hiring a Weddings & Events Coordinator to join the team at Hubert Estate in the Yarra Valley.
This is a full-time role (Tuesday–Saturday) for someone who loves planning high-end weddings and events and takes real pride in detail, structure and the client experience.
You'll manage the planning journey end to end for weddings and celebrations held across the estate — including the Gallery of Art, an Indigenous art gallery overlooking a large outdoor amphitheatre, and Harriett, our 200-pax luxury event space.
You'll work closely with chefs, operations and sales to deliver seamless, well-executed events for premium clients.
