Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
Maintain standard documentation and reporting related to Client Development organization and governance, including committees, KPIs, and sales targets.
Support memos, presentations, communication deliverables, and transformational initiatives impacting Greater China Client Development framework.
Participate in Client Services Management succession planning to leverage internal talent and generate franchise savings.
Handle onboarding and transformation projects, recommending improvements in operating models, organizational structure, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
Define and manage project governance, coordinate with operational teams, and ensure proper client setup and handover.
Support definition of 2S APAC strategy and Client Lines governance to align positioning, value proposition, and transformation journey.
Reinforce Client Lines/Product footprint within Greater China, implement governance frameworks, and conduct market watch.
Contribute to APAC Sustainable Finance strategy implementation and support related commercial efforts.
Perform client lines business management, including governance, financial performance analysis, budgeting, and strategic reviews.
Collaborate with Head Office on 2S policies and procedures impacting APAC Client Lines.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who:
Are final year students or recent graduates with a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Have a GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0 or above (or equivalent).
Are fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
Demonstrate methodical, logical, solution-driven initiatives with commercial awareness and interest in finance and market trends.
Have proven expertise in project management.
Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
Exhibit a positive attitude, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Are highly motivated, self-starters able to work under pressure.
Are highly structured, methodical, and able to multi-task and prioritize with strong time management.
Are results-driven with commitment to deadlines and quick issue resolution or escalation.
Enjoy working in socially diverse environments and are comfortable engaging with senior management across functions.
Have strong knowledge of the financial industry and experience across asset classes.
