Here's what you'll be doing:
As a Production Clerk, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the team, supporting critical defence vehicle communications upgrades. Your responsibilities will include:
In this dynamic, multi-faceted role, you will:
* Providing administrative and non-technical support to trades and project teams
* Managing data entry and work orders in SAP and Defence systems
* Coordinating travel, accommodation, and logistics
* Assisting with procurement, inventory, and stock control
* Tracking and expediting modification kits
* Supporting installation planning and scheduling
* Contributing to SHEQ initiatives and general office duties
* Travelling occasionally to support rollout projects across Australia
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous administrative, projects, purchasing, or inventory experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience in SAP or similar ERP systems advantages
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Flexibility to travel and work varied hours when required
Please note; to be considered for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence clearance. You will also be required to successfully complete an Australian Federal Police Check and Medical Pre-Employment Checks as stipulated by the contract.
