 
        
        About the RoleAs our Operations & Team Manager, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations. 
From leading a large casual workforce to ensuring smooth ticketing, safety compliance, and exceptional guest service, your role will keep the park running safely, efficiently, and with infectious energy.You'll oversee everything from rostering and training, to managing incidents, lifeguards, and equipment. 
No two days will ever look the same – one day you might be leading a staff training session, the next ensuring our guests leave with a 5-star review.Lead daily park operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth guest experiences.Manage lifeguards, ticketing, and operational staff in line with organisational structure.Oversee rosters, staff scheduling, and fortnightly payroll approvals.Drive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training (including upselling). 
Handle incident documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.Maintain safety equipment (DFIB, first aid, oxy kits). 
Facilitate weekly management meetings and monthly training sessions.Support and motivate staff to achieve a fun, safe, and high-energy workplace.Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with guests and ensuring every experience is memorable.Qualifications: Blue Card (Working with Children), CPR, First Aid, Bronze Medallion, Advanced Resus.Experience: Proven management experience, ideally in operations, recreation, hospitality or tourism.Skills:Strong leadership and team managementRisk & time management in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving with a can-do, hands-up (not hands-out) attitudeBe part of an iconic Gold Coast attraction where fun is at the centre of everything.Lead a passionate team and make a real impact on guest experience.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Work in a agile, outdoor environment surrounded by water and energy.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
