Responsibilities

* Manage and support the daily inventory information provided to branches.
* Review and run Stock Replenishment Orders (SROs) at the agreed scheduled times.
* Coordinate annual cycle counts with branches and Network Managers.
* Liaise with distribution centres, planning team and branches to correct replenishment issues.
* Run cost‐control processes including stock turns and follow‐up on late orders from both customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

* Administration skills at an intermediate level.
* Effective communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to multi‐task while remaining organised.
* Computer literate at an intermediate level with Excel.
* Determination to problem‐solve and seek improvements.
* Inventory management and industry knowledge a bonus.
