Job Title : Remote Field Technician
Location : Victoria, TX Area
Job Description :
We are seeking a Remote Field Technician to support Nokia Flexi hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, as well as remote cell site operations in the Victoria, TX area.
Responsibilities :
* Perform site routines and break-fix tasks in the field during standard hours (8 AM - 5 PM).
* Troubleshoot and maintain Nokia BTS hardware and associated systems.
* Stay current with technical theory, applications, and operational practices.
* Support technical and project-related efforts, ensuring effective communication as needed.
* Contribute to disaster recovery planning and response, data services, and location-based services.
* Apply a foundational understanding of network design, capacity planning, AC/DC power systems, and grounding principles.
Requirements :
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
* Proficiency with Office 365 and Nokia BTS software.
* Familiarity with radio access networks, backhaul systems, signaling, and operational best practices.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills :
* Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
* Basic knowledge of disaster recovery processes and network design.
