The role
If you are a seasoned Recruitment Professional with the experience of managing a specialised recruitment desk (preferably HR) and looking for a fresh challenge, here's an opportunity for you to build your own patch within a semi‐warm desk and unlock the potential of our uncapped commission program.
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you would have the opportunity to build a high‐value senior HR desk.
We seek a driving force who will enjoy taking this line of business out to a wider market, the focus will be on promoting innovative flexible HR recruitment solutions to HR leaders across industries.
Strategy, planning and execution of the plan to build a high‐value HR Recruitment desk focussed explicitly on senior appointments.
You will report directly to National Lead & GM of the specialism and will play a key role in building out the desk.
Be a trusted partner and advisor to our clients as a subject matter expert.
Be ambitious, driven and results‐oriented and use these competencies to achieve your goals.
Be organised and create a good balance between client management, recruitment and administrative work with a focus on achieving your work objectives.
Your Experience
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will bring with you:
* At least 6 years of experience in the recruitment industry as a specialised Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, Sector Recruitment Manager, or Branch Manager, with experience in specialised HR recruitment. We are also happy to speak with Recruitment Consultants from other specialisations such as Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Legal, or Business Support.
* Experience in building or managing a desk that has focused on high‐value temp / contracting within a specialism.
