What You’ll Be Doing: As a Technical Sales Representative within Dulux’s Victorian Protective Coatings business, you will drive profitable growth across the Melbourne Metro, Albury, Wodonga, and Wangaratta regions, with occasional overnight travel expected around once a month. Working as part of a high-performing team, you will build and maintain strong relationships with industrial applicators, blast yards, commercial builders, and key stakeholders such as engineers, architects, and project managers. You will focus on developing new business opportunities, securing long-term contracts, and influencing project specifications to strengthen Dulux’s market position. Through strategic territory management, market analysis, and strong customer engagement, you will identify growth opportunities and deliver solutions that improve product mix, profitability, and long-term customer partnerships.
