Your Role:
* Partner with clients to understand their workforce needs in Mining & Civil
* Source, screen, and place quality candidates into contract and permanent roles
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and client relationships
* Provide end-to-end recruitment services with a focus on quality and outcomes
* Drive your own success while being supported by a collaborative team
What We're Looking For:

You might be:
* An experienced recruiter looking to specialise in a thriving sector
* From a sales, HR, or trades background and ready for a career pivot
* A recent graduate or early-career professional with strong communication skills and a hunger to learn
A background or interest in Mining, Civil, Construction, or Engineering industries is a plus – but not essential.
