Colliers, a leading commercial property expert in Australia, is seeking a full-time Commercial Property Manager for their Ballarat office. Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and grow the Ballarat Commercial Property Portfolio
- Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
- Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
- Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants
Qualifications
- Positive, proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and problem‐solving skills
- IT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programs
- Authentic personality with a "can‐do" approach
Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain) is required.
Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required.
