The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring assets are maintained, income is protected, and client expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of commercial properties including retail, office and industrial assets
* Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
* Oversee lease administration, rent reviews and renewals
* Monitor arrears, budgets and financial performance of properties
* Coordinate maintenance, compliance and risk management processes
* Deliver regular reporting with a focus on transparency and results
About You
* Experience in property management, preferably commercial
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
* Driven, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
