**The Opportunity**
We're seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administration Assistant to join the vibrant Melbourne team. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate lease documentation, facilitating communication, and maintaining compliance with lease terms.
**This can be a PART-TIME permanent position (30 hours per week) OR a FULL-TIME role!**
**The Responsibilities**:
- Prepare disclosure statements and relevant letters
- Verify and file insurance certificates and bank guarantees
- Coordinate documentation exchange between landlords and lawyers
- Maintain organized filing systems for documentation
- Process legal invoices
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Lease administration experience highly regarded
