**About the Role**:
We are seeking experienced marketing and communications professionals who can bring fresh approaches to our ambitious communication objectives, focused on promoting teaching as a highly desirable career, recruiting teachers for employment in state schools across Queensland and positioning the Department of Education as an employer of choice for teaching and non-teaching careers.

- Digital communicators: thrives on creating and producing high quality, on brand, engaging content for our different audiences and channels, including organic and paid media.
- Content and comms obsessed: developing and implementing targeted, proactive and engaging communications in various formats, including eDMs, blogs/articles, website, social media and print collateral to help us attract, engage and recruit the people our organisation needs.
- Audience focused: uses data, insights and best practice to inform communication campaigns, enhance audience segmentation and engagement, and maximise business outcomes.
- Highly organised: able to prioritise their workload, manage competing priorities and be transparent with their colleagues about the status of their work.
