Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and cheerful individuals to join our team as Santa Helpers (Elves) at our Christmas tree farm's Santa photo sessions. As a vital part of creating a magical holiday experience for families, you will assist Santa Claus in spreading joy, capturing memories, and ensuring a festive atmosphere for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist Santa Claus:
2. Collaborate with Santa Claus to create a warm and welcoming environment for visitors.
3. Assist with the coordination of photo sessions and help manage the queue of excited families.
4. Engage with Children and Families:
5. Interact with children and families, spreading holiday cheer and creating a positive and memorable experience.
6. Help families with organizing for their photos and maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor.
7. Maintain Decorum:
8. Ensure that the Santa photo session area is clean, organized, and in line with the festive theme.
9. Assist in managing crowd control and ensuring a safe environment for all visitors.
10. Costume and Appearance:
11. Wear an elf costume provided by the Christmas tree farm.
12. Maintain a professional and festive appearance throughout the shift.
13. Promote Additional Services:
14. Encourage visitors to explore other activities and services offered by the Christmas tree farm.
Qualifications:
1. Cheerful and Enthusiastic:
2. Must have a friendly and outgoing personality.
3. Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even during peak hours.
4. Excellent Communication Skills:
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with children and families.
