Role
About the Role: We are currently recruiting for two permanent part-time and one casual Registered Nurse to join our team at St Paul’s in Hahndorf, working AM or PM shifts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic, person-centred care that supports residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop and implement tailored care plans
- Ensure clinical documentation and care practices comply with quality and accreditation standards
- Supervise and mentor care staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
- Liaise with allied health professionals, families, and residents to achieve best care outcomes
Essential qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year experience in residential aged care
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Ability to lead, prioritise, and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current National Police Clearance
- Proof of work rights in Australia
- Minimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations and seasonal influenza vaccine (recommended)
