Job Title: AI Engineering Specialist
We are seeking an experienced software engineer to lead the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) integration into our cloud-native restaurant management platform.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop LLM-driven features to enhance user experience and improve operational efficiency.
* Integrate AI models with our backend and frontend systems.
* Pipeline data from restaurants for real-time insights.
* Optimize AI usage with prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
* Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI-powered features in production.
* Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
* Strong programming experience in C# and TypeScript.
* Proven expertise with LLM APIs.
* Solid understanding of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation.
* Strong knowledge of API design, microservices, and cloud platforms.
* Practical experience with NLP, embeddings, and machine learning pipelines.
