As a trusted Executive Assistant and key right hand to the Executive Director, you'll be exposed to major development projects, commercial deal-making, and strategic business operations-This role is perfect for someone with experience as an EA to a C-suite executive within property, real estate, construction, or development. You'll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be confident managing a high-volume, dynamic workload.

The Position:
In the role of EA to Executive Director you will:
* Coordinate Heads of Agreement and Contracts for Sale across commercial & retail assets
* Oversee asset management of commercial properties
* Manage transactions through to lease execution or sale completion
* Coordinate meetings, diaries, team oversight, and general operations
* Engage and finalise agreements with external agents
* Work closely with finance and property management to ensure income and cost targets are met
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director
* Attend property inspections and support project oversight
* Prepare scopes of work (marketing, sales, agency engagement, etc.)
* Take detailed notes in meetings and ensure follow-through on action items
* Conduct market research and compile insights for decision-making
* Handle sensitive and confidential business information with accuracy and discretion
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of EA to Executive Director will have:
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is ideal
* Someone who is driven, professionally presented, confident, and customer-focused, we'd love to hear from you
* Experience in property, construction, or development strongly preferred
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and commercially minded
* Impeccable personal presentation
* The ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Confident communicator who thrives in a dynamic, high-performing environment
* Able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
