Night Management Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Night Manager to join our team in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
About the Role:
* Staff management: We require someone with excellent leadership skills, who can effectively manage staff during night shifts.
* Guest inquiries: The ideal candidate will be able to handle guest complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
* Front desk operations: You will be responsible for maintaining front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any related issues.
The Night Manager must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. They should also have a proactive approach towards problem-solving.
Requirements:
* A degree or diploma in hospitality management (or equivalent)
* Certified training in customer service
* Prior experience as a hotel manager or supervisor would be advantageous
