* Answer and respond to inbound phone calls regarding resolving customer issues, delivery times, quotes, general/first level technical product information, samples, and other general enquiries.
* Maintain internal email mailbox.
* Order entry on SAP.
* Process invoices and credits.
* Customer support and enquiries .
* Liaise with freight providers for delivery coordination.
* Provide assistance to Sales and Logistics teams.
Your expertise - Our strength
* Previous experience within Customer Service/Call Centre or similar role.
* Have a strong understanding of Customer Service principles.
* Be self-motivated, quick leaner, with a can do attitude.
* Have excellent interpersonal / communication skills and attention to detail.
* Have excellent computer skills / administrative skills.
