Overview
Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is looking for a commercially savvy Fleet Dealership Manager to power fleet sales growth and deepen dealer partnerships across our network. This is a high‐impact role where you'll influence outcomes end‐to‐end—driving Toyota Fleet volumes, accelerating finance penetration, and activating dealer programs that deliver real results. As the vital link between our Dealer Network, Toyota Finance Australia and the broader One Toyota ecosystem, you'll turn strategy into action where it matters most: on the showroom floor. This role is based in Altona and is a permanent full-time role.
How you'll make an impact
* Building trusted, commercial partnerships with Dealer Principals and dealership teams
* Championing both SME and Toyota Fleet Management performance through hands-on dealership engagement and customer relationships
* Driving new business opportunities and qualified fleet leads across the dealer network
* Owning fleet sales performance across key products including Complete Lease, Chattel Mortgage and Dealer Novated Lease
* Coaching and training dealership teams to confidently sell fleet finance solutions
* Supporting repair authorisations, pricing alignment and labour rate negotiations
* Working closely with TFA Regional teams to ensure aligned, high‐performing dealer programs
Your attributes
* Deep expertise in fleet leasing and dealership operations
* Proven success in business development and sales growth
* Strong financial and lending acumen
* Confidence influencing and negotiating at senior management level
* First‐class presentation, relationship‐building and communication skills
