Responsibilities
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead all day-to-day F&B operations across daily café trade, high-volume events and functions. You'll lead a customer-focused team, optimise revenue opportunities, maintain quality service standards and ensure seamless operations across the venue.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily café, kiosk, bar and retail F&B operations
* Drive revenue, service standards and customer satisfaction
* Lead, train and mentor supervisors and F&B staff
* Manage F&B components of events and functions, ensuring accurate quoting and profitable outcomes
* Develop seasonal menu offerings and support the Healthy Choices initiative
* Create efficient staff rosters based on sales data and operational needs
* Oversee inventory, stocktakes, POS issues and F&B equipment maintenance
* Ensure all processes, procedures and compliance requirements are consistently met
* Provide accurate monthly reporting to management.
Your Profile
* 3+ years' hospitality leadership experience (café, retail, events or similar)
* Strong commercial skills with the ability to drive revenue and cost efficiency
* Confident people leader who builds a positive, engaged team culture
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong computer literacy; exposure to event or sales software preferred
* WWCC (Employee), RSA and First Aid required or willing to obtain
* A key leadership role within a major Victorian sports venue network
* Full-time 6 month contract with the opportunity for an ongoing permanent role
