Part-time law student role supporting a specialist personal injury firm in Sydney, offering hands-on legal experience and client interaction.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Liaising with clients.
* Diary and calendar management.
* Drafting letters and court documents.
* Monthly billings and file preparation.
* Reviewing and managing case files.
* General administration: scanning, emailing, and correspondence.
* Working closely with a small, vibrant team specializing in Public Liability, Workers Compensation, and Motor Vehicle Injury claims.
About You
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
* Availability to work part-time (specify days/hours of availability).
* Prior litigation knowledge and/or experience (highly regarded).
* Strong MS Office skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Experience with LEAP software (essential).
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* A client-focused mindset and team-oriented attitude.
* Friendly, proactive nature and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Additional language skills (preferred but not essential).
