Job Title: Supply Chain Associate
Job Summary
This role supports the efficient movement and distribution of goods across regional sites. Responsibilities include collecting, delivering, and transporting supplies, equipment, and materials to internal departments and regional sites.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collect, deliver, and distribute goods and supplies in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate delivery records, manifests, and transport documentation.
* Operate vehicles safely and in accordance with licensing and policy requirements.
* Receive deliveries, check goods for accuracy and damage, and assist with stock handling.
* Input data into inventory systems using handheld scanners or approved devices.
* Pick, pack, and prepare supplies for delivery to departments.
* Participate in stocktakes and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly stores environment.
* Communicate effectively regarding stock issues or delays.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
* Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow manual-handling procedures.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
* Previous experience working in healthcare, warehouse or supply environment (desirable).
