The Role 
We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team within Doot Doot Doot. Set within a progressive, contemporary hotel, this role would suit someone with a genuine passion to create food that is delicious and exciting. 
You will contribute to the smooth running of our kitchen and assist in the management of a section. 
Always observing best practice in food hygiene and health and safety procedures 
Liaise with FOH team on a daily basis 
Lead, coach and mentor junior staff 
Uphold kitchen team morale and ensure workplace is harmonious 
Provide feedback to Head Chef on any issues that may arise 
Able to adapt and succeed in high-pressure service periods

About You 
Have previous experience preferably within a hatted restaurant or 5-star hotel 
Fully understand how the role contributes to the success of the restaurant 
Maintain a good level of understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry 
Go above and beyond to create ongoing memorable and unique guest experiences 
Communicate clearly, professionally and concisely

Requirements 
WORKING RIGHTS - All candidates must have full working rights within Australia 
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or similar qualification a must
