Your core responsibilities include:
* Sales Strategy & Market Development
You will identify and secure new business across key market segments, develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with hotel revenue goals, and monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform proactive sales strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.
* Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
* Collaborate with Marriott's wider sales network to maximise reach and impact.
Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years' experience in sales or related professional area OR
* A 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in sales or related professional area
