Key Responsibilities:
* Provide dedicated end-to-end support, guidance, and services to the business region to achieve strategic outcomes.
* Support the business in performance management, remuneration reviews, promotions, transitions, and day-to-day human resource management.
* Assist with employee relations, including policy interpretation, workplace investigations, and complaint management.
* Develop engagement and retention strategies.
* Collaborate with the business on various strategic initiatives and projects.
Role Requirements:
* Demonstrate a proven track record in supporting executive leaders within a complex operations/infrastructure/manufacturing business.
* Possess expertise in change management and project management.
