Project Manager Residential Developments
Oversee the successful delivery of residential development projects in Northam, WA. Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction through effective project management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise residential construction projects from start to finish.
* Develop and maintain accurate project schedules using project management software.
* Attend site and client meetings to discuss progress and any issues that may arise.

* Review and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes.
* Coordinate the logistics of materials and equipment for subcontractors and suppliers.

* Communicate regularly with Contract Administrators regarding deliveries and subcontractor scheduling.
* Monitor and review the performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
* Address any invoice discrepancies promptly.
* Participate in required inspections as needed.
