Supported Employment Practice Leader
This role involves shaping meaningful employment pathways for individuals with diverse abilities. As a Practice Leader, you will work closely with supervisors and the Employment Support team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, safely, and with a genuine focus on quality supports.
You will be responsible for providing line management support to supported employees, including timesheets, leave, payroll changes, and family communication. This includes reviewing daily production notes and coordinating with the Employment Support Team Leader to ensure timely coaching, training, and responsive support.
In addition, you will provide behaviour or response support when required, coach Supervisors in person-centred and positive behaviour support approaches, and support incident management. You will also track and report on individual goals, maintain support profiles, and assist with annual wage assessments.
This is a part-time (0.6 FTE) role with flexibility on structure of hours in line with business requirements. You will have the opportunity to model best-practice person-centred, Active Support and Positive Behaviour Support, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

* This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* You will need to have a strong understanding of disability support services and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
* The successful applicant will be required to attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments and Knoxbrooke policies and procedures.
